I love the chandelier. It is so beautiful. It really is a great statement piece. The only this is you need a little patience. I recommend using pliers to attach the crystals, be careful how you handle it, the crystal part is a little sharp.

Putting it together is relatively easy. You need two people to set it up. It's a little annoying to assemble and hang all the crystals, but it's worth it and easier to use with nitrile gloves. Everything is perfect. Very beautiful and elegant. Great for the price point.

The fan motor quit after a year. The fan blades don't retract, the lights are flickering, and I'm sure if most people updated their reviews they would report the same from what I've heard. Overall, there is a lot to be praised about this chandelier, but I only had it for a year before it quit working.

This chandelier comes beautifully packaged with no dents or scratches. Each crystal needs to be hung individually which is very time consuming so be sure to set aside 2-3 hours to assemble it. I found it easier to hang all the crystals at the proper height before adding them because the crystals weigh a lot and make things more difficult. When adding crystals, from the inside out, I would recommend switching sides every 5 crystals so that one side isn't weighted down, which can break alignment.

I got this fan light for my spare room and it looks great. It is fantastic. The crystals are really sparkly and it looks very expensive. The fan is secure in the ceiling and guests can't see that there are fan blades at the top. It's a great way to dress up a room but still be functional. The remote control is easy to use and I like the options on it. The light and fan settings are very easy to maneuver. I would buy another one to install in my bedroom.
